More things #pumpkin, also because #halloween. ?? This butternut squash baked in the oven for about an hour, then the flesh was scooped out, blended and drained to lose its excess water, the pulp was stored for further soups/pies. This skin however, was teared and then fried and was very much enjoyed with a dash of salt! (See the result in my #IGstories) A perfect appetizer for an #autumn gathering!
