#BuonaDomenica, or happy Sunday! Italians are big about their #SundayLunch (just like us Iranian about our Friday lunch). Specially when days get cooler, big hearty meals are prepared for the family are in the order of the day. More often than not, #PastaAlForno, or oven baked #pasta is the star of the table.
I have prepared this Ah-mazimg saffron pumpkin pasta bake with pistachios and goat cheese for our #virtualpumpkinparty (happening tomorrow!) and although it was much lighter than a typical Italian pasta bake, you have no idea how incredibly good it was!
