Wild Blackberry portage was pretty damn good this am....another reason to get out and pick a load today there's still loads out there. If you pick some and they look good but are not super tasty yet just give them a brief wash and leave them on a tea towel at room temp for a day and the flavour will develop 100% and be delicious.
