One sunset. Two beating hearts.
My practice is so different these days. 21 weeks pregnant today. Nothing fits me and I can barely balance in a handstand anymore and my hamstrings are tight and my lower back is sore and my sinuses are crap and I'm gaining weight all over but somehow... I'm more at peace in my body than I ever have been. Every breath I take has a bigger purpose now. I feel so at home, so content. So enough. I marvel at this little being dancing around in my belly. Somehow, we know each other already. It's like she's been here all along.
Maybe this whole time, through it all
I've never walked alone.
