It's Monday... Time for a Baby bump update!? I am actually feeling really, really good right now. I still have some sinus issues but got a humidifier that's helping a ton so it's not at all as bad as before! I have no back pain, no headaches, no nausea, my appetite is normal and I have a lot of energy. So grateful for this stage of my pregnancy! If it wasn't for this growing belly and the fact that I can feel our little girl kicking on the daily now (yes!!) I could almost forget that I'm pregnant because everything just feels so normal - especially compared to a few weeks ago when I felt like crap and wanted to bite everybody's heads off. Not sure how long this will all stay... So I'm doing my best to enjoy every minute of it☺️ I was a little worried about my weight for a while because in four months I only gained 3kg (6.5 pounds) but yesterday I stepped on the scale and I'm up 2 more! I just want to make sure she comes out as healthy and chubby as possible. I'm meditating every day and practicing slow, gentle yoga, nothing intense or too dynamic. Trying to take it easy in what actually is a pretty busy time - we have a lot going on! And I have a sudden urge to renovate the entire house... Like building a yoga studio from the ground up isn't enough? I don't want to go too crazy - what are the top 3 things you recommend I buy in preparation for baby? I'm thinking a co-sleeper for sure but other than that I don't know... Send me your best baby product ideas so I can research!??
