Sacred birthday morning. Hot tea and meditation and angel cards and belly massage and essential oils and waves so big I could feel the ground shaking with every breath out. Spent most of the morning with my hands on my belly, gazing out at the wild ocean, feeling our little one dancing. 28. This is the first birthday for as far back as I can remember when I haven't had any expectation. I normally make a huge thing of my birthday but this year... I sort of forgot about it. My mind is elsewhere I think. On bigger things. Last night my friends and colleagues surprised me with a sacred circle on the beach and washed so much love over me. Every moment is so special and I am so grateful. This year, I don't need much. Everything is already in place. There is nothing I can improve.
These cards remind me of my dharma; being of service. To ask for divine help when I need it. To sit back and receive. Today I'm 28 and tears are filling my eyes as I write these words. This first cycle of my life is coming to completion and absolutely
everything
makes sense.
