New YouTube training vlog up (link in bio - go subscribe!) - from my first week of lifting with Powerlifting as the main focus + adjusting to a different training style & volume with my new coach✨It has been a fun and challenging few weeks- @max_aita is kicking my butt on these workouts. Weight is on point at 63.7 today ??I still feel like a total beginner powerlifter but hopefully will represent @juggernauttraining well and hit some new PRs tomorrow at USAPL Nationals!! ?

Lifting in the 63s Saturday at 9am EST - To watch live: bodybuilding.com/usapl - I will be at the venue around 5pm today for my equipment check etc. - if you see me definitely say hi! I will also stick around after I lift most of tomorrow & be watching the primetime lifters.
