Happy #Thanksgiving to my loverly Canadian friends! #recipeoftheday has gotta be an incredible bread,, aromatic with rosemary, salty thanks to pancetta and earthy from the chestnuts. My tip is to drizzle the focaccia with olive oil and crack some extra sea salt over it. beautiful! A real treat to tuck into and celebrate with friends and family! Enjoy guys!!
