Lots of you ask me about finding time to train. Truth is, I make time. Be it going to bed an hour earlier so I can get up an hour earlier OR taking this little beauty with me everywhere! Skipping is a great workout and EVERYBODY has time for 10 - 15 mins a day. This will get your heart pumping and is a great shoulder, forearm, core, quads and calf burner too ?? key with skipping is PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. When i first started I felt like crying and / or throwing the thing away as I found it so difficult. It's now 2nd nature to me and I find it easy and really enjoyable. Don't give up. You learnt to walk and tie your own laces over time. You WILL learn to skip like Balboa ? #skipping #healthiswealth ❤️
