Happy Birthday @upfitnesslive Manchester. 1 year old today! Discovering the #UP gym in Mayfair 4 years ago and the PT's there changed my training game insanely and took it massively to the next level. They pushed me mentally and physically to places I never thought possible. These guys know their stuff!!! They all also look the part too which for me, is a massive pull when taking their advice on how I can look ?? I always feel in safe hands taking on a new fitness goal with them. Huge congrats to UP owner and creator @heynickmitchell for what he's achieved. Changing people's lives and most importantly educating them on their body and nutrition. And to @ollyfosterfitness for consistently helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. ??
