nestled below a stand of sugar maples and in amongst rolling verdant hills is a vermont farmhouse - complete with weathered wood barns & ambling vegetable patch - we were invited to dinner at the home of @vermontcreamery co-founder Alison Hooper. The gentle vermont evening spread out across our dinner table, inviting us to sit. bountiful bowls of fresh greens, buttery crusted tarts, grilled salmon dressed in buttermilk, crème fraîche and herbs awaited us.
