2 cups bok choy, fresh
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup strawberries
2 cups peaches

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend bok choy and almond milk until smooth.
2. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again. *Use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold. Can use baby bok choy or another leafy green in place of bok choy.
