In my happy place: NATURE!! Outdoor #training today (whoo-hoo!!) so I decided to try out a new trail and chose Switzer Canyon. We didn't make it all the way to Bear Falls because the trail suddenly was SO HIGH UP and we realized we were basically clinging to the side of a mountain. Whoops! But I feel exhilarated after the two-hour adventure and happy that I finally made it to the Angeles National Forest after 18 years living in #LA! #naturegirl #getoutdoors @vanwhite #findyourpark
