We were going for the over head lift and then decided dropping a @usparalympics athlete the day before she goes to the @rioparalympics might make for some bad press?
I love this pic of my @sdckt team because it was each of them that lifted me up and helped me grow into the paddler I am today. I chased those high schoolers around Mission bay at 6am for well over a year and they made me stronger and faster than I ever would have been on my own. THANK you to each and every one of you that carried my boat, helped me in and out of the water and that encouraged me to work harder, I wouldn't be going to @リオ五輪2016 without YOU!
