Well the Good News: it's just a bulging disk at C-7 and no surgery is needed! Bad news: my fingers are still numb after 4 weeks. Good news, I know now that I have a congenital fusion at C 1-3, bad news I've never been able to touch my chin to my chest and probably won't ever be able to? and lastly: Goodnews: I get to start building up again towards @リオ五輪2016 (after 4 painful patient weeks off watching my arms atrophy) and have an amazing staff at the Olympic Training center in Chula Vista to help me do that!
