The Piora Valley is one of the most perfect Cirque's I have seen. A Theatre shaped valley formed by glacial erosion. Alarms were set at 4am to attempt to traverse the whole thing. Like any good day in the mountains we somehow got way off trail, Met an ibex, ate some chocolate & cheese and of course questioned why we spend so much time indoors.
