CONQUER ✖➕✖ Finally!! I can workout again after 2,5 weeks of resting. My hip joint was inclined because of all the tension there was in my back. My muscles literally pulled my hip joint out of balance. I feel flat as fuck at the moment but that will be fine within the next few weeks! I've had a lot of physiotherapy, chiropractor and sauna sessions to reduce the tension in my spine. Right now going back to my normal routine only leaving the heavy weights for a few weeks. Gonna start training with high reps to get the stress of my muscles though. My snapchat will be full with gym selfies again ? Like a kid in a candystore LOL, bye I'm off to the gym now ??!! #happydance
