SLEEP || Lately I felt exhausted. My body was shutting down and I started noticing that I couldn't train with the energy I had before. Stubbern as I am I didnt take a break of my busy life.. How important is sleep actually⚠?..

Sleep helps you to keep a healthy hormone balance, brain function, healing and repairing your body after training and even can increase or slow down your daytime performance. It's a huge factor in your daily life. Yesterday I was at the end of my rope.. Hard work and dedication is fine, just know when you need to take a break. I forced myself to just sit down, sip my tea and do absolutely NOTHING. This morning I felt way better! Started off with a HIIT training at home && it gave me the energy I needed for sure ! Of course it takes a few weeks to get back into my energy but it's a start. ?
