Please join me in following @bridging.stories, a group of 24 excellent photographers from Armenia and Turkey, each participating in a project to build bridges between two beautiful countries.

A visual storytelling project empowering photographers to tell their own stories, this grant is happening because of the incredible support of Storytellers Cafe NGO and a very generous grant from the US Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia.

Follow @bridging.stories over the next four months as myself, @anushbabajanyan and @serraakcan guide, edit and curate the essays from these amazing storytellers as they use iPhones to tell their own narratives to highlight their lives, cultures and similarities in the act of building bridges.

Thank you kindly for spreading the word, sharing widely @bridging.stories, empowering individuals in making a difference between societies for the betterment of neighbors, our collective humanity. A simple notion that began as an idea while working on the @ナショナルジオグラフィック story, Ghostlands back in April 2015 ~ it begins now.
