Today I baked whole grain challah using freshly milled sonora wheat. I love how fragrant and flavourfull it is, this grain. I enforced it with cultured kefir butter, which smells beyond amazing. Have some more ideas for this formula and manipulaiting the flavour with adition of different grains and honeys, so Ill be testing it once a while without a rush though.
