I got some leftover cracked barley porridge and I decided to put it on the bottom of the loaf like you would put brans or grain flakes. Hope to get this crisp caramelised layer like on the bottom of paella or bibimbap. It was just an idea, Ill find out tomorrow weather it makes sense or not :) #adventuresinbaking #thebakefeed
