Core Stability Circuit:
• 20 Alternating lateral plank taps
• 20 Plank Jacks
• 20 Alternating high plank toe taps

- Begin in high plank position with the hands directly underneath the shoulders, back flat and in line with the hips.
- Hips and shoulders should be square to the ground
- Knees remain soft. You don't want to lock them, especially during plank jacks!
- keep the core tight to minimize the swing of the hips. This is where your core stability really comes into play!
