So... I've changed my book title!? ? That's right! The Balanced Body is now called Strong! I think the word strong encompasses everything inside the book so much better. I want the reader to finish it and feel empowered to become fitter, healthier, happier and stronger in both body and mind in a balanced and enjoyable way! However, I understand that this change might seem a bit out of the blue so I've uploaded a YouTube video AND a blog post explaining the reason behind it! ?
