Photoshoot Ready ?? Tomorrow I start shooting the imagery for my book #strongZVD... Eeeek! For the past two months I've been listening to my own advice and slowing leaning down in a balanced and enjoyable way, and I feel SO happy in my skin. I have really found my rhythm with my training and nutrition. You guys who follow me on snapchat (@zanzapan) know I eat froyo, chocolate and ice cream on the regular ?? I haven't cut anything out but I've exercised portion control. I've even been on holiday and eaten out three times a day for weeks at the time... and still managed to make progress. The secret? Balance of course! I'll be sharing all my tips in the book ? But I just want to say; women are often ashamed to be body confident but you know what? I love my body and I feel amazing.
