How to :
1⃣ Start in corpse pose . Hands beside body , palms facing down .
2⃣ INHALE , lift legs and hips up : immediately SUPPORT the back with hands .
3⃣ Keep legs straight or slight bend on the knees . Toes touching the floor if possible .
4⃣ Hold for up to 10 counts
5⃣ To release , support back with hands . Then, slowly roll down , one vertebra at a time .
6⃣ Immediately follow by fish pose . •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
