We are wheeling into Day5 ?? ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Benefits: •Inversion , whereby the heart is above the head , help correct hormonal imbalance by nourishing the thyroid , parathyroid and the endocrine system . #Endocrine system is made of these glands: Pituitary , thyroid , parathyroid , adrenal , pancreas , ovaries & testicles . ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• How to : 1⃣ Lie down on back , bend knees & bring heels close to the buttocks . 2⃣ Place palms beside ears , fingers pointing towards feet .Hug elbows in 3⃣ INHALE lift hips up , lift head off the ground and place the crown of the head down . Hug in elbows more , make sure not splaying out . Keep feet parallel & knees in line with your feet . 4⃣ INHALE push up to full wheel .
