Visiting honey section in @rainbow_grocery coop makes me always excited, because there are always some new flavours waiting for me. I truly love those honeys from Oregon that always suprise me with the flowers they were made of. My latest discovery is mindblowing meadowfoam honey - caramely, creamy and slightly acidic. More like a syrup, than a honey. It's seasonal and made only in Oregon. I've bought couple of jars, I want to eat it forever. Do you have any interesting honeys in your place? Any favourite? Would love to hear abot them!
