My number 1 stretch for:
?? tight hip flexors (front of your hips)
?? tight groins (inner thighs)
?? treating lower back pain
?? improving your running technique
?? boosting recovery after training
⏰ Hold each stretch for 10 deep breaths (try to get deeper into the stretch on every OUT breath) ?
Perfect for those of you who run a lot or sit for long portions of the day (these are things that excessively tighten your hip flexors!!)
