Sometimes your best is not enough to get you to where you want to be. Sometimes, the harder you try the harder it seems to be successful. Sometimes your mind will play games on you and distract you from what matters.
Sometimes you just need to lower your shoulders, get back to the shadows of the gym and leave no doubt when you get back in the light. Here is to a great 2017
