My seventh Crossfit Games starts today. I can't believe the journey I have been through since deciding to do a small fitness comp in Iceland back in 2009 right after completing a math test.

CrossFit has brought be so much joy, created so many friendships and memories I will cherish forever.
As I enter the @crossfitgames 2016, I will view every event, every moment of it, as a chance to create something I will remember forever.
