I think it's safe to say the scale is only one tiny measure of progress! This time last year (hot pink sports bra, super tan), I reached out to @クリスティン・ポープ to get some guidance and help with my nutrition and body composition goals - at that point I was two years into @crossfit and I was in the best shape of my life, but I had bounced from eating plan to eating plan, never seeing results and was feeling hungry and tired in the gym. One year later (right photos), and weighing the SAME WEIGHT, I would say we have made some changes! I've still got a long way to go, and there have been days (and weeks) that I've fallen off track, but I can't be anything but proud of the changes in my body over the past year, especially in my legs - I can't even believe those are MY legs! Not to mention the improvements across the board in the gym!
