Annie Harris @aloha.anniee took my 5 week challenge and placed 3rd winning $2,000! Her story is very inspiring and I know she can relate to so many people, so I asked if I could share her story about gaining confidence and learning day by day through my program to love her body!
This is what she had to say...

"So it's not that I was ever overweight before doing this challenge, but I was extremely unhappy with my body, but more so my confidence in it! I'm so short and I've always had super chunky legs. I was always teased about them and never did anything about it, because I thought it was just associated with being short and stocky!
So more then anything, this challenged has helped me gain confidence in myself and has had a HUGE positive impact on my emotional aspect of my health, but it has also allowed me to hit some amazing physical goals like the toning up of my legs, which was has been such a huge bonus and be a big contributor to my physical confidence now!
The challenge was so amazing Paige! I've recommended it to so many people, I was trying to say that in my video but I needed to stop rambling on, because I could have talked for ages haha!"
