Photo by @jodymacdonaldphoto // For those of you who like to get remote, the Bazaruto Archipelago is the place. We sailed 600 miles across the Mozambique Channel from Madagascar to get to these islands located off the SE coast of Mozambique. The island group is considered to be one of the most beautiful destinations on the African continent. With its mesmerizing turquoise waters and endless shifting sands, it's easy to understand why it's been called the pearl of the Indian Ocean. I was fortunate enough to paraglide these magnificent islands. From above, nature's extraordinary patterns are revealed. The moving sands and strong currents continually create unique works of art. Here a local dhow boat navigates the beautiful mosaic canvas. @natgeocreative #Africa #Mozambique
