This room at one of Halifax's finest restaurants, Five Fisherman, used to be the embalming room of Snow's Mortuary, which took in many of the Titanic victims pulled from the ocean.
As someone so fascinated by the terrible maritime tragedy this is the first place I visited when I got to Halifax, Nova Scotia, last night. It was made even better by the fact that the food is deee-licious.
