Good news... So my surgeon has worked on so many people and prfessional athletes with this same issue and he told me quite a few of the athletes like professional hockey players and NFL players were able to start training 2 months after their surgery and 3 months after they were able to fully play again. I also understand that everyone is unique and recovers differently and I will for sure be very carful with this and do exactly what my doctor tells me to, but I will stay strong and positive the whole way!!! In minimal pain right now and just went for a little walk.
