Getting all prepared! Talked with surgeon for a while just a bit ago and he is very nice and good at what he does!!! He was very comforting and informative. We talked about the option of an artificial disc and the pros and cons of that. We decided not to do it because of the severity of my condition and how my spine is curved weird so the implant would probably not fit very well. Also how small the space is. He has done thousands of this surgery and he is very confident that it's going to go really well and a great recovery. He says once it completely fuses in a few months I can return fully to climbing and it's a way faster recovery time then my knee!!! :) Thank you everyone, I really appreciate all the kind words and prayers. And a HUGe thank you to my man @joelzerr always being by my side through everything, I love you!!! you don't have something positive to say then please don't. I'm confident with this decision after taking to a bunch of doctors and friends. I have a bit of weakening to my fingers and biceps and some to the legs right now, this is why we need to fix it asap.
