I just wanted to say a huge thank you to @gopro ... over the past 10 months I was basically my Mom's full time nurse so my productivity wasn't even close to 100% ... they told me I was family and to put family first and encouraged me that I was still killing it ... so grateful to work for a real company filled with real people who actually care ... thank you @hoost11 @ainstone @dustinaron @austin_rojas87 and everyone else. I also want to thank my friend pictured here @greglutzka for always supporting with all the positive vibes ... it was really hard for me to get out in the water unless someone could stay with my Mom because I couldn't take my phone in the water and I wanted to make sure I was always within reach if she needed me ... but skateboarding was something I could shoot and we did some really fun and awesome work together and he probably doesn't even realize how important that was to me both psychologically and professionally ... thank you brother! Most importantly I want to thank @michellewinter_sweets ... over the past 10 years my Mom became her Mom and through this she supported her and me in ways that are like that of a true saint ... we never let my Mom stay a night in the hospital alone and she was there with me every minute not to mention all the physical ways she took care of her ... sometimes my Mom would look at me and say, "She is truly amazing" Without the support I received who knows where I'd be so thank you ... it means everything #GoPro #Hero4
