Looking for a new place to rent on or close to the Balboa Peninsula ... I love the place I currently live in Huntington Beach ... have lived here for 15 years and have a great relationship with my landlord but the large house is a single unit that was modified into two and my neighbors got evicted so to try and hurt my landlord they reported to the city that the place was two units when it was supposed to be a single and in so doing really just hurt us. Sucks when people don't think about how their actions effect others but I'm looking at the positive and just gonna use it as an opportunity to move closer to the spot I live for.
