Amen ???? When I was at university I tried every "diet" under the sun from low carb to paleo and everything in between. It lead to a cycle of weight loss followed by weight gain as I couldn't stick to my meal plans. They were boring, unenjoyable and restrictive. And the best part of all? I was enjoying the journey and I still do years later. Sure I've learnt even more since then but I've managed to maintain a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition because I've ditched the fad diets and adopted lasting changes I can stick with for life.
