Eating in Sierra Leone ?? Lets be honest, food is pretty different here. Breakfast is usually a couple of slices of bread with an egg. Lunch is a baguette with an egg in it or some tomatoes. Snacks are usually fresh (peel-able) fruit from the market. Dinner is amazing as its provided by @streetchildsl! This is last nights: an eclectic mix of chicken, cous cous, rice, beans, a random onion ring, veggies and some mashed potato ?? Lets just say I'm carbing up for the run tomorrow hey!? ? In reality though, I'm not stressing about it. I'm in Africa. Doing charity work. The last thing on my mind is eating perfectly clean. There are no menus here, I just take what I'm given and deal with it. It's one week out of my whole life and I want to use my energy on the @streetchildsl projects, not on worrying about how much bread I'm eating ?
