Some of the breads (I made almost 60 loaves) and bagels I baked at @rozbrat20_bakery. Thanks to all people who found some time during the day to stop by and have them with some kefir butter and amazing bubbles!! It was such a pleasure to make a bread from Polish flour. It's not very strong, but so sweet and soft. Can not wait to get back and bake more and more and more :))
