For the last six days at @muffia_bakery I showed how to make good sourdough bread to almost ninety people. We made white country loaf, whole wheat bread with raisins and flax seeds. We churned cultured kefir butter, made some pizzas, focaccias and bruschetta toppings. We had a great time filled with hard work, sensual pleasures, good food and tones of fun. Only few people had some previous bread experience, for most of them it was their first loaf ever. All of them did an amazing work, I'm sure they will keep on baking, because once you try this bread there is no turning back. #spreadthebreadlove #dalismydopieca #breadebola #sharingiscaring
