Happy Monday! So it's officially the final week of #Sugarfreemay ? it has been so amazing to see everyone's progress and photos so far, and to hear all this positive feedback along the way! I am so excited to get through this last week.
This is more of a mental challenge than anything - the process of removing refined sugar from your diet will become a huge lifestyle change that is more than just a temporary quick fix.

Just remember, following this program is an accomplishment in itself, finishing it will be huge bonus. Make sure you keep hash tagging #sugarfreemay and tag me in your pics- remember the most impressive before & after transformation photo will win a huge prize from me valued over $400!
