Pic: @perrywinklephotography ? Just a little truth. I lift heavy weights, 6 days a week. I am not afraid to eat. I have never been naturally 'skinny'. I still wouldn't say I am skinny, at all. Its probably taken me the last 5-6 years to figure out how to control my metabolism. Some of us are naturally blessed with genes which hold up most of our childhood-adulthood.. By that I mean can find it real easy to maintain a slim figure and low body fat without watching diet/doing much exercise. And that is fine!! No one should ever tell you that it's not. For me, I've always had to work hard for what I want.. I gain weight easily, I gain muscle easily and I also lose muscle easily. If I mess up my diet, it shows. I have to constantly focus on what I want or I will lose it, I know that for a fact. My point is, we are all so different on the inside as well as the outside. Comparing ourselves to other people's body's is not going to get us anywhere. I try to show myself every day, and all of you, that hard work shouldn't go unnoticed, shouldn't be degraded and should always be used to help others and lift each other up! I've always wanted to be fit and strong because it makes me feel good, unique and gives me internal strength too. Because I know it's ME that's got me here. What have you done to get where you are now? I doubt many of us actually think about that, Always acknowledge your efforts and never underestimate yourself.. ✨✨✨✨ MUA @laraaizzo ?
