Efficient workouts! In and out in an hour...make it count!
Move 1: single arm deadlift. Normally when deadlifting I would say to keep your weight in your heels and the dumbbell close to your shins BUT for this variation shift your weight so the dumbbell is away from your body and you're falling forward and standing through your toes instead.
Move 2: reverse crunch with medicine ball. Push your back into the bench (or table) and simultaneously squeeze that ball with your thighs focusing on the negative! These are brutal and having Marc trying to tap the ball out of place didn't help! ?.
Move 3: hex bar squat. Shoulders back and really drive through the heels on the way up!
Perform all movements back to back and THEN take your rest period before moving on to the next set.
