Not only will you get a rawkin’ energy boost, you’ll also be filling your body with some green machine nutrients! Here’s one of our favorite green smoothies to get you going:
Citrus Banana Boost
1 ½ cups fresh kale, stems removed
¾ cups coconut water, unsweetened
1 orange, peeled
1 green apple, cored
½ banana, frozen
¼ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
1. Blend kale and coconut water together until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
