Fortunately, there are some easy exercises to start including into your routine. Try this one next time you go out.

Single Leg Balance: With your shoes and socks laying on the ground, reach down, grab your sock, and put it on all while standing on one foot. Do the same with your shoe and tie it. Then repeat with the other side. This will engage your glutes while strengthening your core and lower body.
