My hair actually has a life of its own! Why do I always look like I've been in a wind tunnel? I used to look at girls with long thick glossy hair and wish that mine could be the same, I used to try and fight it by straightening it everyday to stop it from fluffing up, covering it in hairspray to hold it in place and tying it up to keep it tidy. But actually the most beautiful things in life are those that are natural, if you have curls then keep them, if you have freckles then show them, if you have crazy dragged-through-a-hedge-backwards hair like me then embrace it. I know I'll never look immaculately made up and groomed because of it but to me that's ok because I'm happy being how nature intended with every kink and wiggle making me who I am.
