On a serious note, I voted for Bernie Sanders today because people say it is impossible for him to win, that him and his supporters are unrealistic idealists that dream too big, or are just a bunch of hippies wanting handouts. Well, in a few years when we are looking back on this election and wondering how we got to where we are...I want to look back and feel that I was on the side of love and impossible dreams for a better future. Our society once viewed many things as impossibilities and now women are voting, marriage is equal, and some states have already implemented a $15 minimum wage that would help the working class rise up from their struggle. Sanders can win if we unite and vote, as the people, to take back our nation from dirty politics and billionaires. Today I voted for love. To love my neighbor no matter their religion. To love my neighbor no matter their race. To love my earth and protect it. To love education and support learning and higher education for those who seek it. I hope you vote, if you haven't already; even if it isn't for Bernie. Vote to utilize your freedom and for the candidate that you feel will be the best for our future, based on a global scale, as the leader of the United States of America.
