I've lived in Pennsylvania my whole life, but never made it out to the dark skies region of the PA Wilds. This weekend, I partnered with @thepawilds to share my first trip with you! Here's just a few of the adventures waiting in PA's Tioga and Potter Counties.📍
🛍️Shopping downtown Wellsboro at hidden gems like From My Shelf Books & Gifts and Highland's Chocolates. Delicious treats and Rowan got a book signed by local author, Kevin Coolidge.
🌲Hiking and enjoying the views at Leonard Harrison State Park. Local maple syrup and cider are a bonus!
*Pro Tip: Don't be like me and wear sneakers. Get sturdy hiking boots to #explore the outdoors! 🥾 So, drop suggestions for your favorite boots in the comments.
🍂 A scenic road trip for leaf peeping and stops at breath-taking vistas.
✨ Cherry Springs State Park for stargazing (when there are no clouds!) We got to take a look at the park and make a plan for when we return with, hopefully, better weather. 🔭
🛏️ Staying near #CherrySprings was easy with a convenient and cozy room at @FrostyHollowBandB.
